Our office is located at 2700 Camp Creek Pkwy, Atlanta, GA 30337. We’re open Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, and Saturday, 9 AM–2 PM.
We offer a standard 12-month lease term. This duration allows for both stability and flexibility, accommodating various living situations and preferences. For specific details or to discuss custom lease arrangements, please contact our leasing office.

Yes, our apartments are pet-friendly! We welcome both cats and dogs with the following guidelines:
- Pet Limit: Up to 2 pets per apartment
- Weight Limit: 50lbs per pet
- Pet Fee: $300 non-refundable fee per pet (one-time)
- Pet Rent: $35 per month, per pet
- Breed Restrictions: Certain breeds may be restricted – please contact the leasing office for details.
